What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
Recognition of prior learning is an assessment process that is used to evaluate an individual’s skills, knowledge, or experience that was gained from prior working in Australia or overseas such as work experience, jobs, or other activities. To be eligible for RPL in Australia, an individual will need to have worked in a position that has enabled them to undertake relevant tasks and training within an industry, or a person who has simply been through a company they have previously worked for. Thus, you will be eligible for recognition of learning through a course you are interested in completing.
